Description: Although Universal Orlando positions the Royal Pacific Resort as the third of its three on-site hotels, and sets its rates accordingly, it sacrifices almost nothing in luxury or amenities.

Please feel free to add your reviews here for Universal's Royal Pacific Resort.

Pros: Close to Universals Islands of Adventure, reasonably priced, nice pool and good transport via water taxi
Cons: Rooms can be a bit small, only one sink.

This is an ideal resort for USF and IOA if you don't want to spend too much. FOTL is great and includes both arrival and departure day. A short walk brings you out near Jimmy Buffet's Maragitaville. Citywalk is great for an eveing out be it a meal or a movie and so easy to get back to the hotel. Jake's bar is great for a drink or a small meal. We enjoyed the pool, a nice size and plenty of loungers. The rooms were adeqaute and nicely furnished, beware though some rooms face the main road and not the parks!

Pros: FOTL access, closeness to IOA, great themeing
Cons: Used by conventions and business types

We've stayed here twice now over 14 day periods, found the standard of service to be great, very relaxing atmosphere yet u are only a 10 min walk away from the theme parks, the welcome gift if a loews member is very nice, rooms are excellent, beds are nice & comfy, usually quite a good selection of movies on demand as well, the pool area is good with a volley ball area as well, the playship area has pretty good water guns
