Hi we stayed here on the 8th of July 2006 for a night, checkin staff where pretty useless and a bit snooty, but the room was fantastic, huge room and the beds where super huge and very soft, the hotel is set as an italian port and its great theming, thirsty fish bar is worth a visit to watch the world go by, the pool area at PBH is a well kept secret as its a kids paradise their water slide is better than HRH according to my kids also the sun loungers are padded for extra comfort, the hot tub as well is more secluded away from kids, u also have the mandara spa onsite ans although its pricey according to my wife its well worth it
